- Usage & Device Data: App interactions, crash logs, identifiers, operating system, browser/device type, language settings, and diagnostics.
- Location Data: Approximate or precise location derived from GPS, Bluetooth, or network signals when you grant permission.
- Content You Provide: Saved trips, favorites, uploaded media, notes, and communications with support.
- Derived/AI Data: Inferences used to personalize recommendations and safety filters.
2) How We Use Data
- Provide, maintain, and personalize the service, including location-aware suggestions.
- Develop and improve features, AI models, quality, and safety systems.
- Communicate about service updates, support, marketing (with opt-outs), and policy changes.

3) AI and Personalization

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law. We anonymize or delete data when it is no longer needed.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

- Access/Update/Delete: Request at info@alltours.ai.
- Location: Manage permissions in device settings; location features may not work without consent.
- Marketing: Opt-out via in-app controls or unsubscribe links.
- Regional Rights: Verified residents of the EU/EEA, UK, California, Virginia, Colorado, or other applicable regions can exercise rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing.
8) Children’s Privacy
Not directed to children under 13 (or your region’s minimum age). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us to delete it.
9) International Transfers
If you access the service from outside the country where our servers are located, your data may be transferred and processed in other countries that may have different data protection laws. We implement appropriate safeguards where required.
10) Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified in‑app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
