1) Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading the app, or otherwise using AllTours, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access the service.
2) Service Description
AllTours provides AI-generated travel suggestions, itineraries, and points of interest. Content may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Verify important details (e.g., hours, safety advisories, legal requirements, accessibility).
3) No Professional Advice
AllTours does not provide legal, medical, or professional advice. Content is informational only.
4) Safety and Your Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for your safety and conduct while traveling.
- Obey local laws and regulations.
- Assess risks (weather, terrain, transportation, health, personal security) before acting on suggestions.
5) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALTOURS IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING RELIANCE ON AI SUGGESTIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR $50 IF NONE).
6) Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by:
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or overloading our systems.
- Using the service in violation of applicable laws.
- Submitting content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing.
7) Accounts and Access
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and maintaining account security. Notify us at info@alltours.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
8) Third-Party Services
The app may link to third-party services (e.g., maps, booking sites). We are not responsible for their content or policies. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.
9) Intellectual Property
AllTours owns the app and its content (excluding your content and third-party content). You’re granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
10) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold AllTours harmless from claims, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.
11) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, the licenses granted to you end immediately.
12) Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify the service and these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
