How do I restore my purchase?
If you bought a pass but don't see it active, go to the Profile Tab using the menu button, tap on Membership, and scroll down to select "Restore Purchases".
The app isn't recognizing a landmark.
Ensure you have a good internet connection and that the landmark is clearly visible in the frame. Try moving closer or changing the angle.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account directly inside the app. Go to Profile > Settings (Icon) > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data.
